We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you have a problem with your order, such as damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at We will make it right.  Please note that damage and missing item claims must be made within 3 days of package receipt.

We will accept returns for items in new condition, including all packaging and tags. You are responsible for return shipping.  Please note, shipping is not refundable so any refunds if applicable will be less any applicable shipping costs.  If your original order qualified for free shipping, but no longer does after the return, any refund owed if applicable will have our flat rate standard shipping fee of $4 reduced from the refund. You as the customer must contact prior to returning your order.

This policy extends for 30 days. If it has been greater than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. 

Please note, in most cases, an exchange is not available.  If you would like a different item, you will need to purchase it separately and return the one you do not want.

You will receive an email acknowledging we have received your return.  Return processing takes approximately 5-7 days from receipt.
