Please note that damage and missing item claims must be made within 3 days of package receipt.
We will accept returns for items in new condition, including all packaging and tags. You are responsible for return shipping. Please note, shipping is not refundable so any refunds if applicable will be less any applicable shipping costs. If your original order qualified for free shipping, but no longer does after the return, any refund owed if applicable will have our flat rate standard shipping fee of $4 reduced from the refund. You as the customer must contact email@example.com prior to returning your order.
This policy extends for 30 days. If it has been greater than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
